This living history group comes to liven up your museum visit as a Roman legion from the first century AD. Moreover, you will encounter 'ordinary' Romans everywhere in the museum. They talk about their lives and work.
Romans at the Rapenburg In the Temple Hall you can see Roman soldiers and civilians at work up close, while in the museum halls various characters talk about their profession. They use counterfeit tools. You can see the real ones next to them in the display cases. Legion Secunda Augusta Legio Secunda Augusta is a living history group that portrays Roman and indigenous life of the first hundred years AD through reenactment. The group consists of soldiers and civilians. The soldiers show you Roman soldier life, while the citizens work leather, make clothes, cook, lay mosaics, massage, etc.
