Why 100% gluten-free? "In 2018, our daughter Floor was diagnosed with celiac disease (an autoimmune disorder). We finally know why she is so sick. She cannot tolerate gluten, which appears to be in almost everything. We delved into the strictly gluten-free diet and were amazed that we could hardly eat anywhere with peace of mind. Until we ate at a gluten-free pizzeria in Paris. That's where our dream began: to start our own 100% gluten-free catering business in Leiden. Because you only know how it feels to enjoy being together without stress when you experience it. And we grant that feeling to everyone."
