Hot House Jazz at the Burcht

On this midsummer night, Hot House Jazz, in collaboration with the van RIJN Festival, brings an evening of musical warmth to the Burcht. A well-established name in Leiden’s jazz scene, Hot House has long been known for presenting exceptional concerts featuring top musicians from the Netherlands and beyond.

For this special occasion, they join forces with singer Izaline Calister, renowned for her captivating voice and deep roots in Antillean music. Together with guitarist Ed Verhoeff and trumpeter and flügelhorn player Angelo Verploegen, they create an intimate and sparkling musical encounter.
