ROOS
At ROOS you can have breakfast, lunch or something in between all day long. Yogurt, homemade granola, fresh fruit, organic eggs, breads, fresh-baked sweets.
We prepare (almost) all products ourselves, with love, in our small kitchen! For the rest, only the best local products from traditional Leiden shops are used, such as van der Zon butcher shop and van Boheemen cheese farmer. Of course they use the market on the doorstep: for fresh vegetables, fruit and fish! We keep looking for new recipes for variety in sandwiches and cakes, which means that our menu is often changing.
