Why buy new clothes when you can trade in your unused items for ‘new’ favorites? Sounds like a win-win situation, right? You declutter your wardrobe and add items you will actually wear.
The Field is organizing another clothing swap, where you can search for sustainable gems that perfectly match the latest trends!
Dutch Sustainable Fashion Week:
Our clothing swap is part of the Dutch Sustainable Fashion Week. The first Fashion Week that focuses on making sustainable fashion developments visible. Additionally, we make sustainable fashion (accessible) to everyone.
How does it work?
Bring a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 items of clothing that are washed and in good condition. Bags and jewelry can also be swapped, and there is no limit to this.
Upon arrival, you hand in your clothes, after which you can browse through the items of other participants. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, as there are no enclosed fitting rooms.

You will be welcomed with a drink and, of course: lots of fun! This way, you contribute to a more sustainable fashion world while shopping!
New this edition: clothing repairs! A sewing machine is available, and there are people who can help with minor repairs. So, do you have a piece of clothing that needs some work? Bring it along! Who knows, maybe you can wear it with pleasure again afterwards.
