The Leiden American Pilgrim Museum reopens at the end of May at Kloksteeg 16a.
Pilgrims
The seventeenth-century interior reveals aspects of daily life at that time. Events involving the Pilgrims are illustrated with a remarkable collection of sixteenth and seventeenth-century maps and etchings by artists such as Gerard Mercator, Adrian van de Venne, Adriaen van Ostade and Jacques de Gheyn.
