Als één van de weinige musici treedt James Oesi op als solist op de contrabas. Hij speelde op nationale podia (o.a. Concertgebouw Amsterdam en Tivoli Utrecht) en internationale festivals. Op deze zondagmiddag presenteert hij zijn debuut-CD: de cello suites van J. S. Bach, maar dan op contrabas.
