On Saturday 16 September, the art and knowledge festival the Nacht van Ontdekkingen (Night of Discoveries) will take place in Leiden. One of the main acts is singer Claude, known for the song 'Ladada (Mon Dernier Mot)'.
This festival has both Dutch and English activities.
In addition, there is a varied program of music, theatre, art and workshops: on the festival site near the Academy Building and University Library of Leiden University, the Hortus botanicus Leiden and the Old Observatory you will discover budding makers, young researchers and artists.
The organization of the Night of Discoveries has brought various acts to Leiden for the upcoming edition, including Dutch singer Claude. Originally from Congo, Claude made his breakthrough with his debut single 'Ladada (Mon Dernier Mot)'. Cyborg artist Neil Harbisson will also come to the festival, writer Roxane van Iperen will talk about her new book and author Barry Fitzgerald will take us into the world of superheroes.

- Early birds:
The early birds who want to be assured of a ticket now can buy a ticket with a discount until 1 July. The regular early birds cost €17.50. Are you a student? Then you get an extra discount and you pay € 10.00.
After 1 July, regular tickets cost €19.50 and students pay €12.50 for a ticket. Tickets for the Night of Discoveries can be purchased via nachtvanontcoveringen.nl/tickets.
