A language tasting! The power and beauty of the word: an inexhaustible source for music and for poetry.
Sung poems in the lush lyricism of the 16th and 17th centuries are contrasted with the light-footed and humorous poetry of Ingmar Heytze. Undergo the musicality in his recitation, with which he gives ensemble Camerata Trajectina appropriate rebuttals.
Program
Willem Wander van Nieuwkerk (1955) wrote the song cycle 'Aan de Bruid' on poems by Ingmar Heytze, and arranged it especially for Camerata Trajectina's instruments.
