Performance by Elliott Bread

Elliott Brood is a three-man country band from Canada, giving country music an alternative rattling edge.
The trio makes a lot of noise and disregards musical boundaries. While the banjo plays an important role in their sound, Elliott Brood also easily plays folk, blues, or rock. They refer to their music as "death country," with the term "death" referring mainly to their ominous lyrics accompanying their usually cheerful-sounding music.
In 2006, they released their debut album "Ambassador." The album "Days Into Years" from 2011 won a Juno award for the best roots album of that year. Their seventh album, "Keeper," was released in 2020, and a new record is expected to be released this year.
