Leidse Hofjes Festival
The kick-off of the Leidse Hofjes Festival will take place this year on Whit Monday 29 May under the name of Leidse Hofjes Festival Light edition.
This light version will be a one-day foretaste of the 2024 edition. In 2024, a full Pentecost weekend will be filled again. What to expect?On Monday 29 May we will present the Leidse Hofjes Festival in the afternoon at two beautiful locations in the center of Leiden, the city hall at Stadhuisplein 1 and the Pieterskerk at Kloksteeg 16.
The program will guide you musically through the beautiful locations within the Town Hall and the Pieterskerk. The day ends with a drink in the Pieterskerk. Our artist in residence Daahoud Salim (pianist) will give a preview of the 2024 program together with a diversity of musicians.
