Everyone welcome from 17 years and up. This course is English spoken.
What happens to the envelopes once you open them and take the mail out? Did you know that cereal boxes make sturdy journal covers? And that some plastic can be used to embellish a journal page?
This 3-hour workshop will teach you how to turn your trash into a treasure book that you can fill with your thoughts, keepsakes or whatever else your imagination can come up with. Bring an old magazine and a pair of scissors and spend an afternoon getting out of your head and into your creativity.
About the workshop facilitator
Carolyn van Es is a Certified Professional Life Coach and is the author of black and (A)broad: traveling beyond the limitations of identity. Besides being an avid journaler for 20+ years, she is a wife and mother of three children.
